Barron Rose Family Homes welcomes referrals from social workers, case managers, schools, and community organizations supporting women, mothers with children, and families in Phoenix.
Accepting inquiries for our planned November 2026 opening. Our first home has five beds. Referrals are reviewed for program fit and availability.
Program Snapshot
Our program offers independent, nonclinical transitional housing with furnished shared and private rooms, utilities, Wi-Fi, household resources, and an on-site resource center. Practical support includes stability planning, employment readiness, and money management.
Program Fit
The program is designed for residents who can manage daily living independently, have an approved income or funding source, and participate in a respectful, drug-free household. Please contact us to discuss household needs and appropriate placement before making arrangements.
What to Include in Your Initial Referral
Select Agency referral on the request form. Include your name, organization, work email and phone number, household size, preferred timing, and a brief description of housing needs and funding arrangements. Obtain client consent before sharing their information; sensitive records are not needed for the initial inquiry.

2. Receive a Response Within 24 Hours
An intake specialist will discuss program fit, household needs, funding, fees, and availability with you.
3. Coordinate Intake and Placement
If the program is a fit, we explain the required documents and next steps. Placement is confirmed only after intake and availability review. Waitlist options may be discussed.
Fees & Funding
Shared beds are $1,500 per person per month. Private rooms start at $1,750 per month, with final pricing based on household size and placement needs. Flexible payment arrangements can be discussed. Contact us for agency-funded placement details and written pricing for a specific household.
Privacy & Communication
The residential address is shared privately through intake. Let us know the safest way to reach the prospective resident and how you would like to coordinate referral follow-up.
