Founded by Taleesa Barron, Barron Rose Family Homes provides independent, nonclinical transitional housing for women, mothers with children, and families in Phoenix, Arizona. We combine a welcoming, furnished home with practical support in family stability planning, employment readiness, budgeting, and connections to community resources. Our purpose is to give residents a stable foundation as they work toward greater independence.

Meet the Founder
I’m Taleesa Barron, founder of Barron Rose Family Homes.
Barron Rose Family Homes was born from my own family’s journey through homelessness. I understand the uncertainty, fear, and emotional weight that come with not having a stable place to call home. I also know how meaningful it is when someone offers compassion, encouragement, and an opportunity to begin again.
That chapter of our lives planted the seed for the work I do today. Our experience inspired me to create a safe and supportive environment where women and children can regain stability, strengthen their families, and move forward with dignity. Through Barron Rose Family Homes, we are transforming our family’s hardship into hope—helping other families establish strong roots, rebuild their lives, and bloom toward a brighter future.
